This includes nurturing prospects through the entire leasing process: from initial phone call to property tour, to completing the lease/application paperwork. This role goes beyond simply showcasing apartments; it's about understanding each prospect's needs by frequently following up via phone, text, email, and social media. The ideal candidate enjoys talking with people, is friendly and cheerful, and loves making a difference in people's lives. Previous experience is not required, if you are a motivated individual, we are excited to train. Qualifications Cheerful, Positive Attitude Must have valid driver's license Weekends required Vehicle required HS diploma or GED Personal Smart Phone technology required OneSite experience a plus Compensation

$19 Final agreed-upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience To be hired, candidates will be required to successfully complete a background check and drug test.
