Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Leasing Agent to join our property management team! In this energetic role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective tenants, offering on the spot showings in a couple of our downtown undergrad properties, and guiding them through the leasing process with enthusiasm and professionalism. Responsibilities Engage with prospective tenants in person to understand their housing needs and preferences. Conduct property tours, highlighting features and benefits to showcase available units effectively. Stay informed on industry trends, local market conditions, and fair housing regulations to provide accurate advice and uphold ethical standards. Collaborate with property management teams to coordinate move-ins, lease renewals, and tenant communications seamlessly. Skills Strong marketing abilities to attract potential tenants through various channels. Multilingual or bilingual capabilities preferred to serve diverse client bases better. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for administrative tasks. Exceptional communication skills. Knowledge of fair housing regulations to ensure equitable treatment of all applicants. Administrative experience coupled with organizational skills.
