Job Description
Eagle Management is seeking a Leasing Consultant for Woodview Apartments, our 250-unit, luxury multi-family housing community in Deerfield, IL. What you'll love about this opportunity:

SATURDAYS AND SUNDAYS REQUIRED
Hours of Operation:
WEEKDAYS
9am- 5:30pm
SATURDAY
10am- 5pm SUNDAY 12pm
- 5pm
Pay:
$23.00 to $25.00 per hour plus generous leasing commissionsESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB
Responding promptly to leasing inquiries via phone, email, or in-person visits. Follow up leasing leads and entries in traffic database. Preparing property for daily showings, including common areas, vacant units, and amenities. Working with prospective residents to identify their needs and help them find the perfect home. Screening and approving qualified applicants in accordance with company policy, Fair Housing regulations and local laws. Preparing all lease-related paperwork including background checks, income verification, and associated move-in documentation. Performing general administrative tasks such as software data entry, filing, typing, and answering phones. Attending and assisting with resident events, activities, and other retention efforts.QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 1 year experience leasing units for multi-family apartments (REQUIRED). Excellent sales and customer service skills. Solid communication skills and professional demeanor. Responsible, professional, and motivated to excel.BENEFITS
