Lombard, IL Job Details Part-time $17 - $19 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Customer communication High school diploma or GED Full Job Description We're seeking an enthusiastic, customer-focused professional who enjoys helping people find their next home while providing exceptional resident experiences at our luxury community in Lombard, Illinois The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced office environment. Schedule Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday 20-25 hours per week
Salary Range:
$17.00 to $19.00 Essential Responsibilities Greet prospective residents, provide community and apartment tours, and assist with the leasing process. Prepare lease documentation, welcome packets, and move-in materials. Enter and maintain resident and prospect information accurately in company databases. Build positive relationships with current and prospective residents by providing exceptional customer service. Assist with lease renewals and resident retention efforts. Perform outreach marketing and represent the community in a professional and positive manner. Coordinate resident events and assist with marketing initiatives, including updating the community website as directed. Maintain organized resident files and office records. Assist with general office duties and support the property management team as needed. Attend staff meetings and participate as an active member of the team. High school diploma or GED required. Minimum two years of general office, customer service, leasing, or related experience preferred. Previous apartment leasing or sales experience preferred. Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational, follow-up, and time management skills. Ability to work independently while following direction from management. Valid driver's license with an acceptable motor vehicle record may be required.
