If you enjoy keeping projects on track, communicating with people, solving problems before they become issues, and working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to meet you. You'll play a key role behind the scenes, ensuring every transaction is handled efficiently while supporting our agents and providing outstanding service to our clients. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing real estate team where organization, professionalism, and teamwork are valued every day. What You'll Do Manage residential real estate transactions from executed contract through closing. Prepare, review, and organize contracts, disclosures, and transaction documents for accuracy and compliance. Coordinate with clients, agents, lenders, attorneys, title companies, inspectors, and other vendors to keep transactions progressing smoothly. Track deadlines and schedule inspections, appraisals, financing milestones, final walkthroughs, and closings. Maintain accurate transaction files and ensure all documentation is complete and compliant. Communicate proactively with clients to provide updates and answer questions throughout the process. Assist with data entry, record keeping, and administrative support. Help maintain organized office systems and support daily team operations. Answer phones, manage email correspondence, and provide exceptional customer service. We're Looking For Someone Who Is Exceptionally organized with outstanding attention to detail. Able to prioritize multiple transactions while meeting deadlines. A strong communicator who enjoys working with clients and professionals. Positive, dependable, and solution-oriented. Comfortable working independently while contributing to a collaborative team. Professional, confidential, and committed to delivering an outstanding client experience. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience as a Transaction Coordinator, Real Estate Assistant, or Administrative Professional preferred. Knowledge of residential real estate contracts and transaction processes is a plus. (Training is available for the right candidate.) Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong computer and technology skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly. Experience with CRM platforms, transaction management software, or QuickBooks is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required. Why Join The Melissa Garcia Team?
