Job description We are hiring a full-time Leasing Consultant at Willow Glen South Apartments. This candidate must possess an outgoing personality and be a self-starter who loves sales and has mastered the art of problem solving in a fast-paced Market-Rate community. Additional qualifications include but are not limited to proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Prior experience with Real Page OneSite Accounting package, KNOCK, etc. a plus. Compensation commensurate with experience. Excellent benefits including insurance plans, 401 K Program, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Paid Holidays and paid Birthday, plus paid vacation after six months of consecutive employment. Excellent Leasing Bonus structure plus Lease Renewal Pool. Candidate must possess a valid Drivers License from the state in which they reside along with a High School Diploma or the equivalent.
