  • Spanish Speaking Preferred Duties:
  • Conduct property tours and showcase available units to prospective tenants
  • Respond to inquiries from potential tenants and provide detailed information about rental properties
  • Screen and qualify potential tenants by reviewing applications, conducting background checks, and verifying references
  • Prepare lease agreements and ensure all necessary documents are completed accurately
  • Collect rental payments and deposits from tenants in a timely manner
  • Coordinate move-in and move-out processes, including conducting inspections and documenting any damages
  • Address tenant concerns and resolve conflicts in a professional and timely manner
  • Maintain accurate records of rental units, vacancies, and leasing activity
  • Answer phone calls, enter maintenance requests, schedule vendors as needed
  • Collaborate with property management team to ensure efficient operations
Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of property management principles and practices
  • Proficient in data entry and record keeping
  • Excellent conflict management skills to handle tenant disputes effectively
  • Familiarity with facilities management to address maintenance issues promptly
  • Ability to negotiate lease terms with potential tenants
  • Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Basic understanding of property maintenance to address minor repairs or coordinate with maintenance staff
  • Knowledge of legal administrative procedures related to leasing contracts
