The Opportunity As a Listing Agent with Key Associates Signature Realty, you'll have the opportunity to work directly with homeowners who are considering selling their properties. You'll help sellers understand their options, determine the right pricing strategy, prepare their homes for market, and navigate the transaction from the initial consultation through closing. Rather than relying entirely on your own prospecting, you'll have access to seller leads generated by the brokerage, along with systems and resources designed to help you stay organized and consistently follow up.
