Windsor Oaks Apartments is looking for an outgoing, dependable and motivated Leasing & Resident Services Specialist to join our team. Apartment leasing experience is not required. If you have a background in sales, customer service, hospitality, banking, retail, administrative work or another people-focused position, we'd love to hear from you. We are willing to train the right person! What You'll Do As part of our leasing team, you'll be one of the first people prospective residents meet and an important part of the experience our current residents have at Windsor Oaks.

Your responsibilities will include:

Responding to prospective residents by phone, email and in person Touring apartments and community amenities Following up with prospects and helping turn leads into leases Assisting residents throughout their residency Helping with resident retention efforts Participating in community events and resident activities Assisting with social media and marketing Preparing leasing paperwork and maintaining accurate records Working alongside our management and maintenance teams to provide excellent resident service Who We're Looking For Our ideal candidate is: Friendly, confident and comfortable talking with people Sales-minded and motivated to achieve leasing goals Professional and dependable Organized and able to manage multiple priorities Comfortable communicating by phone, email and in person Able to work independently while also being part of a team Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office Willing to learn property-management software Previous leasing or property-management experience is a plus, but it is not required. Schedule This is a full-time, in-person position. Our leasing office is open Monday through Saturday, and Saturday availability is required.

Compensation Starting pay:
