As we expand our footprint into northern Indiana, we're looking for a licensed showing agent to help our buyer clients tour homes across the region. Our team pairs the credibility of one of Indiana's most established real estate brands with modern, systems-driven lead generation and marketing. The Role As a showing agent, you'll work hands-on with our buyers in northern Indiana — touring homes with clients while our lead agents handle lead generation, negotiations, and closings. It's a flexible, high-activity role that's a great fit for a newer licensed agent looking to build real experience with an established team, with the potential to grow into a full agent role over time. What You'll Do

• Show homes to our buyer clients across northern Indiana
• Schedule and coordinate showings around client availability
• Guide clients professionally through each property tour
• Gather buyer feedback and relay it to the lead agent
• Communicate promptly with clients and the team

• An active Indiana real estate license (required)
• Familiarity with northern Indiana communities and neighborhoods
• Availability during evenings and weekends, when buyers tour
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Strong communication and people skills
• Professional, punctual, and self-motivated
• Comfortable with scheduling apps, CRMs, and everyday tech Compensation & Next Steps This is an independent-contractor (1099) role.

Compensation is competitive and is discussed during the interview. Strong showing agents may also have the opportunity to grow into a full agent position on our team.
