• to help serve our growing pipeline of buyers. This is the ideal role for agents who want to focus on what they do best — showing homes, writing offers, and building relationships — while leveraging a team structure that provides leads, tools, and accountability to help you close 12+ homes a year (and grow from there).

What You'll Do:

Work with qualified buyer leads provided through team and personal lead generation Show homes and guide clients through the buying process from consultation to closing Conduct in-depth buyer consultations and help clients get pre-approved Write, submit, and negotiate offers Attend inspections, appraisals, final walkthroughs, and closings Maintain regular communication with clients and team members Track all activities in KW Command Participate in team trainings, weekly coaching, and accountability sessions Roleplay scripts and objection handling to improve client conversion Lead generate for a minimum of 10 hours per week using proven models and tools

Qualifications:

Active Indiana real estate license (required) Full-time availability and willingness to work evenings/weekends as needed Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients Detail-oriented and organized under pressure Tech savvy and willing to learn new systems Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-driven Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
