Position Summary This is a full-time, on-site position for a Leasing Agent at BK Management in West Lafayette, Indiana. The Leasing Agent will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to leases, showings, property management, and resident retention. Guide applicants through the leasing process , including application review, qualification, and move-in coordination, ensuring a smooth and positive experience. Promote the community's value through excellent customer service, product knowledge, and enthusiasm, positioning our property as the best choice in the market. Achieve and exceed leasing goals while maintaining a strong closing ratio and high resident satisfaction. Respond promptly and professionally to phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries, providing timely and accurate information. Complete administrative duties with accuracy, including lease documentation, reports, and follow-up communication. Collaborate with management and team members to ensure operational excellence and contribute to a positive work environment. Perform other duties as assigned by management to support overall property performance. Qualifications Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills with a friendly, professional demeanor. Proven ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment. Self-motivated and reliable , with the ability to work independently while maintaining strong accountability. Creative problem solver with strong attention to detail and sound judgment that supports the best interests of the community. Valid driver's license and clean driving record required. Previous leasing, sales, or property management experience strongly preferred. Proficiency with AppFolio property management software is a plus.
