unless you meet ALL required qualifications: 6+ months apartment / multi-family leasing experience Familiar with Fair Housing and leasing best practices Valid government-issued ID Comfortable with phones, email, and customer-facing sales conversations (If required) Available to work weekends / peak touring hours What you'll do Greet and tour prospective residents; follow up to drive move-ins Communicate the value and living experience of the community Secure lease agreements and assist with application/screening steps Track leads, manage leasing pipeline, and maintain strong prospect communication Support renewals by communicating lease expirations and coordinating renewal process Assist with marketing efforts and resident events as needed Preferred (not required) Property management software experience (Yardi, RealPage/OneSite, MRI, AppFolio, etc.) Luxury, lease-up, rehab, or tax credit (LIHTC) experience Bilingual (Spanish) is a strong plus
