This position does require weekends In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective tenants, guiding them through the leasing process while ensuring compliance with fair housing regulations and local laws. Your enthusiasm and customer service skills will help fill vacancies quickly and maintain high occupancy rates. This position offers a dynamic environment where your negotiation skills and property management knowledge will shine, contributing directly to the success of our properties. Responsibilities Greet prospective tenants, conduct property tours, and answer inquiries with enthusiasm and professionalism Manage leasing applications, verify applicant information, and process lease agreements accurately using Property management software Handle lease negotiations, upselling available units or amenities to meet tenant needs while maximizing revenue Maintain detailed records of leasing activities, data entry, filing, and contract management in property management systems Provide excellent customer service by addressing tenant concerns promptly and maintaining positive relationships Experience Proven experience in property leasing, property management, and administrative roles Proficiency in property management software preferred Strong understanding of Fair Housing regulations and legal administrative procedures Excellent negotiation skills coupled with conflict management abilities Office experience involving data entry, filing, phone etiquette, and customer relationship management tools Background in sales or upselling techniques to enhance occupancy rates and tenant satisfaction Join us to make a difference in communities by connecting prospective tenants with their ideal homes!
