As we expand our portfolio, we're seeking a passionate Leasing Agent to join us in upholding our commitment to excellence. As a Leasing Specialist, your responsibilities include:
Building Relationships:
Welcoming prospective residents and guiding them through the leasing process, showcasing available units, and making them feel at home.
Sales & Marketing:
Managing property tours, highlighting features and benefits, and contributing to occupancy goals through proactive leasing strategies.
Customer Service:
Acting as the first point of contact for residents and prospects, addressing inquiries, and ensuring satisfaction through excellent service.
Administrative Duties:
Assisting with lease agreements, application processes, and keeping accurate records of resident interactions.
Property Maintenance Awareness:
Ensuring the property is always presented in its best light and coordinating with maintenance teams as needed.
Team Collaboration:
Working closely with property managers and other team members to meet community goals and maintain a positive environment. What You Bring to the
