What You'll Do Run listing appointments and win the business Guide sellers through pricing, staging, and strategy to get homes sold fast and for top dollar Close deals — while our team handles lead generation, marketing, and transaction paperwork behind the scenes Represent Cornerstone Property Group with professionalism and drive What We're Looking For Active real estate license in KS and MO (required) 3+ years of experience, OR 50+ career listings sold — we want someone who already knows how to win a listing appointment A closer's mentality — you're motivated by results, not busywork Someone who wants to build a real career, not just make a living — if $200K+ a year sounds like a stretch goal instead of a ceiling, you're who we're looking for Strong communication and negotiation skills Coachable, team-oriented, and hungry to grow Compensation Commission-based with a competitive split structure — team-provided leads and your own self-generated business are both rewarded.
