Elevate Title Company is growing, and we're looking for a Closing Agent to join our team! We're looking for someone who is organized, personable, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing real estate transactions from contract to closing. Previous title/closing experience is preferred. Responsibilities Manage real estate transactions from contract through closing Prepare Closing Disclosures, settlement statements, and closing documents Review lender instructions and balance files with lenders Communicate with buyers, sellers, Realtors, lenders, and other parties Conduct professional and efficient real estate closings Coordinate funding and disbursement of closing proceeds Review files to ensure all closing requirements are satisfied Maintain accurate documentation and follow escrow procedures Provide excellent customer service throughout the closing process What We're Looking For Previous title, escrow, mortgage, or real estate closing experience preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines at once Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment Friendly, professional, and customer-service focused Experience with Qualia is a plus!
