In this role, you will be at the forefront of helping clients buy, sell, and invest in residential properties, guiding them through every step of the real estate journey. Your energetic approach and excellent communication skills will enable you to build lasting client relationships, negotiate favorable deals, and stay ahead of industry trends. Leads and back office support are a benefit provided to all of your team members. Duties Assist clients in buying, selling, and investing in residential properties by providing expert guidance throughout the transaction process Conduct comprehensive real estate market analysis to identify opportunities and advise clients on current industry trends Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to promote listings across various channels, including digital platforms and social media Negotiate offers and counteroffers effectively to secure the best terms for clients while maintaining fair housing regulations compliance Manage all aspects of real estate transactions from initial offer to deal closing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements Build strong client rapport through clear communication, active listening, and personalized service Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) systems to track leads, follow-ups, and client interactions efficiently Qualifications No experience necessary but a plus. Excellent marketing abilities with familiarity in sales technology adoption and digital advertising tools amust.
