Sign On Bonus What You'll Be Doing:
As a Leasing Professional, you'll manage all aspects of apartment rentals, from attracting and assessing potential residents to completing lease documentation and move-in procedures. Your direct interaction with prospective and current residents will be key to our success at our community. In this role, you'll take pride in creating a welcoming experience for every person you connect with, approaching each interaction with care, transparency, and a genuine drive to do what's right. You'll build trust with residents by following through, communicating clearly, and helping them feel confident in choosing a place they can call home.
Compensation and Incentives Excellent Base Pay :
$15.00 - $17.00/hour 20% Rent Discount Property Staff Shared Renewal Commissions (paid monthly) $300 Morgan Essentials (paid quarterly) Employee Referral Program (Earn up to $750 per referral)

You:
Prior customer service experience required; leasing or sales experience is a plus. Valid driver's license, good driving record, and auto insurance may be required for travel to multiple properties. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to interact with residents and office staff. Strong sales focus with an ability to provide exceptional customer service. Ready to make an impact?
