This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to support daily operations, enhance client interactions, and contribute to a vibrant real estate environment. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will be essential in managing administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact at the front desk, greeting tenants and visitors with professionalism and warmth Handle data entry tasks using Microsoft Office and Excel Workbooks to update client files, property listings, and transaction records Maintain organized filing systems for documents, contracts, and correspondence to ensure quick retrieval and compliance Support calendar management by scheduling appointments, property showings, and meetings for agents and clients Assist with bookkeeping using QuickBooks to track expenses, invoices, and payments related to property transactions Provide general office management support including supply inventory, photocopying, proofreading documents, and ensuring a tidy workspace Requirements Proven office or administrative experience with strong clerical skills and familiarity with office management procedures Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Excel Workbooks tools for effective data entry and document creation Experience with QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping software is desirable but not required Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills with professional phone etiquette; bilingual ability is a plus for serving diverse clients Demonstrated computer literacy including typing speed and accuracy; familiarity with Google Voice text preferred Previous experience in customer service or personal assistant roles is advantageous for supporting tenants and team members effectively This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to grow within the real estate industry while honing their administrative expertise.
