The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing property leasing processes, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. This position requires a blend of administrative skills, sales acumen, and the ability to negotiate effectively. Responsibilities Assist potential tenants with inquiries regarding available properties and leasing terms. Conduct property tours and showcase features to prospective renters. Prepare and manage leasing documents, ensuring compliance with legal requirements. Negotiate lease agreements and terms with prospective tenants. Maintain accurate records of tenant applications, leases, and renewals. Utilize Rent Manager software to track leads and follow up with prospects. Collaborate with property management teams to address tenant needs and concerns. Provide administrative support by organizing files and maintaining documentation related to leasing activities. Uphold excellent phone etiquette while communicating with clients and vendors. Requirements Proven experience in property leasing or real estate administration is preferred. Strong administrative skills with attention to detail. Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills. Ability to negotiate effectively and maintain positive client relationships. Familiarity with Rent Manager is a plus. Knowledge of legal administrative processes related to leasing agreements is advantageous. Sales experience is beneficial for driving occupancy rates and achieving leasing goals. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
