Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Leasing Agent to join our team. As a Leasing Agent, you will be responsible for assisting prospective tenants with finding and leasing residential properties. Your main goal will be to provide exceptional customer service and ensure a smooth leasing process. Duties
  • Conduct property tours for potential tenants and showcase the features and benefits of each property
  • Assist prospective tenants with the application process, including collecting necessary documentation and conducting background checks
  • Respond to inquiries from prospective tenants regarding property availability, lease terms, and rental rates
  • Negotiate lease terms and conditions with prospective tenants to secure lease agreements
  • Coordinate move-in and move-out processes, including conducting inspections and documenting any damages
  • Address tenant concerns and resolve maintenance issues in a timely manner
  • Maintain accurate records of all leasing activities using our property management software
  • Collaborate with the property management team to develop effective marketing strategies to attract new tenants Experience To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:
  • Previous experience in customer service or sales, preferably in the real estate industry
  • Familiarity with property management software (Entrata) is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with prospective tenants
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for managing leasing documentation and records
