Makes follow-up calls from information or visitor registration cards. Prepares lease and addendums. Enters traffic in computer and file Guest Cards for follow-up. Keeps wait list of applicants. Prepares Move-In Packets, making sure the every packet contains all of the necessary information. Makes a daily check to verify that all models and vacant apartments are well maintained and ready to show. Responsible for correctly documenting all maintenance requests and timely forwarding the request to the Manager. Excellent customer skills, communication skills and organizational skills required.
