Leasing Consultant Responsibilities

Prospect Engagement:

Greet and assist prospective residents in person, over the phone, and online as the primary Leasing Consultant.

Property Tours:

Conduct engaging property tours, highlighting floor plans, community features, and premium amenities as a dedicated Leasing Agent.

Lease Conversion:

Convert incoming leads into signed leases, managing prompt follow-ups with prospective residents.

Application Processing:

Process rental applications, verify documentation, and complete lease paperwork accurately and efficiently.

Resident Relations:

Maintain strong resident relationships, resolve inquiries promptly, and consistently provide top-tier customer service.

Marketing & Outreach:

Assist with local marketing efforts, online listings, social media promotion, and community outreach as a proactive Leasing Consultant.

Occupancy Goals:

Work closely with the Property Manager to meet and exceed monthly leasing goals and occupancy targets.

Office Excellence:

Maintain a professional, clean, and welcoming environment throughout the leasing office as an approachable Leasing Agent. Leasing Consultant Requirements

Experience:
