our open houses. These are usually condominiums. Duties include placing signs outside property, being 15 minutes early and closing slightly late. Seeking friendly, professional appearing, communicating, enthusiastic agents that are familiar with Boston and East Boston real estate and are willing to do an occasional
OPEN HOUSE
for 1 or 1.5 hours on Saturdays or Sundays. It's important to greet customers enthusiastically and communicate back to list agent.
