Part-time Commission-based Responsibilities:

Generate and follow up with buyer and seller leads Conduct property showings and open houses List and market residential properties Negotiate contracts and manage transactions through closing Build and maintain a consistent client pipeline Stay current on Brockton and South Shore market trends

Qualifications:

Active Massachusetts Real Estate License (required) Strong communication and negotiation skills Self-motivated and driven to succeed Ability to work independently Knowledge of Brockton / South Shore market (preferred) New and experienced agents welcome

Compensation:

Up to 90% commission split No commission cap No franchise fees
