Post-Closing Real Estate Paralegal (Full-Time)
Location:
Oxford, MA (In Person)
Salary:
$65,000-$75,000 per year Benefits 401(k) Health, dental, and vision insurance Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Life insurance Short-term and long-term disability Paid time off Job Description A well-established real estate law firm is seeking an experienced Post-Closing and Funding Specialist o join our team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and takes pride in producing accurate, timely work. This position requires the ability to manage multiple files in a fast-paced environment while working both independently and collaboratively. Responsibilities Assist attorneys with residential and commercial post-closing real estate transactions, including purchases, sales, and refinances Provide post-closing administrative and transactional support to attorneys Complete title run-ups and record legal documents at the Registry of Deeds Manage post-closing workflows, including shipping documents to lenders and preparing buyer and seller closing packages Prepare and file lender and owner title insurance policies Disburse escrow funds in accordance with the escrow disclosure Qualifications 2-3 years of real estate paralegal experience in a law firm setting Strong understanding of the residential real estate post-closing process Excellent written and verbal communication skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Experience with Qualia is a plus Job Type Full-time In-person position
