We are seeking a results-driven Leasing Agent to join our team. The Leasing Agent will be responsible for all aspects of the leasing processs and helping ensure office operations run smoothly. This position is expected to work standard business hours of 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday. Additionally, employees should be prepared to accommodate occasional showings outside of standard business hours based on prospective resident needs. This position offers an hourly pay, plus additional commision based on successful unit leases. Duties Manage front desk responsibilities, including greeting visitors and answering routine questions for current tenants, prospective tenants, and applicants. Respond promptly to all leasing inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms. Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) systems supported by technical tools to track leads, follow-ups, and client interactions efficiently. Screen prospective tenants in strict accordance with all Fair Housing laws and company policies. Conduct property showings and tours for prospective tenants, presenting units in a professional and compelling manner. Coordinate move-in schedules and ensure all units are rent-ready prior to occupancy. Take quality photos of vacant units for listing purposes. Prepare, review, and execute lease agreements, ensuring all documentation is accurate, complete, and legally compliant. Maintain accurate, organized records of all applications, leases, and move-in/move-out documentation. Assist with rent collection and general inquiries as needed. Requirements Minimum 1-2 years of experience in residential leasing or property management. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required. High school diploma or GED required. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are preferred Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Knowledge of real estate law, fair housing regulations, and industry best practices for managing real estate offers and transactions Exceptional organizational skills with administrative experience Excellent communication skills
Pay:
$23.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
