Position Overview:

As a Sales Consultant at Wall's Ford, you will work closely with the Sales and Finance & Insurance (F&I) Managers to provide customers with an excellent vehicle purchasing experience. Your responsibilities will include guiding customers through the sales process and ensuring a smooth transition to F&I for financing options. You will contribute to the dealership's overall success while working in a supportive and collaborative family environment.

Follow up with prospective and past customers to maintain relationships, answer any post-purchase questions, and generate referrals. Represent Wall's Ford professionally and ethically and adhere to dealership policies and procedures. Stay informed about market trends and competitor offerings to effectively position inventory. Qualifications Proven experience in automotive sales Ability to meet and exceed sales goals consistently. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with customers and provide exceptional service. Collaborative mindset and willingness to work closely with Sales Managers and F&I . Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a focus on achieving individual and team targets. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining a positive attitude. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
