00 per hour Express Employment Professionals is currently recruiting for a Leasing Agent / Recertification Specialist on behalf of a property management client in Annapolis, MD. This is a full-time position working through Express Employment Professionals. We are seeking an experienced leasing professional with recertification experience who is comfortable working with residents, maintaining compliance documentation, and supporting the day-to-day operations of an affordable housing community.
Responsibilities:
Assist prospective residents through the leasing process Conduct resident interviews and process applications Complete annual and interim recertifications Maintain accurate resident files and documentation Ensure compliance with affordable housing regulations and company policies Respond to resident inquiries and provide excellent customer service Assist with occupancy and leasing goals
Requirements:
Previous leasing experience required Recertification experience required Affordable housing experience strongly preferred Knowledge of HUD, Section 8, LIHTC, or similar housing programs preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Proficient computer skills Excellent organizational and documentation abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay:
