Listing Manager - Real Estate Team The Lee Tessier Team of eXp Realty | Bel Air, MD | Full-Time Reports to Team Leadership We're looking for an organized, detail-oriented Listing Manager to join our busy real estate team. This role oversees the listing process from the time a property is signed through an accepted contract, making sure everything is completed accurately and on schedule. Responsibilities Prepare and coordinate listing paperwork and disclosures Manage the listing process from signed listing agreement through accepted contract Enter and maintain listings in Skyslope (compliance), our Transaction Management System, and Bright MLS Coordinate photography, signs, lockboxes, and other listing services Manage courier schedule, troubleshoot infield calls, and handle weekly invoicing Ensure listings are accurate, complete, and compliant with MLS and Broker requirements Manage listing updates, price changes, status changes, and open houses, plus in-office inventory and supplies for listings Coordinate communication between agents, sellers, and photographers Monitor listing activity and important deadlines Assist agents with day-to-day listing needs Maintain organized files and documentation Provide excellent customer service to sellers throughout the listing process Provide in-office support, including answering phones, greeting guests, assisting clients, general office needs, and client/team events Qualifications Maryland real estate license preferred Experience with Bright MLS and Google Suite required Previous real estate, transaction coordination, or listing experience preferred Strong computer and organizational skills The Ideal Candidate We're looking for someone highly organized, proactive, dependable, and comfortable in a fast-paced real estate environment — someone who anticipates what needs to be done, stays on top of deadlines, and communicates effectively with both agents and clients. Real estate experience and a Maryland license are preferred, but we'll consider a strong candidate with excellent organizational and administrative skills.
Pay:
$50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
