Hours:

Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm, plus alternating weekends (Saturday 10am to 4pm) ⭐

Key Qualifications:

Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Tax Credit/Affordable (LIHTC) experience preferred Yardi experience preferred 🏡

Responsibilities:

Manage all leasing inquiries, from phone calls to walk-in tours Speak knowledgeably and enthusiastically about available homes to exceed performance benchmarks Create and distribute marketing materials that bring the community to life Develop and maintain strong client and resident relationships Thrive in a professional, performance-driven, fast-paced team environment Bring high energy and strong closing skills to every interaction Read and adapt to the needs and personality of each prospect 🎓

Requirements:

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred

Experience:

Minimum 1 to 3 years of leasing experience, mid-rise experience Proficiency in Yardi software products preferred

Skills & Certifications:

Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Demonstrated phone sales and customer service skills Strong work ethic and customer focus Responsive, courteous, reliable, and upbeat attitude Attention to detail and strong follow-up technique Performance-driven with an embrace of growth and change Problem-solving skills and reliability Professional demeanor and personable phone voice Ability to thrive in a customer-focused, team environment Valid Driver's License required 💼
