Collaborate with the maintenance and operations teams to ensure properties are presented in top condition for prospective tenants. Monitor market trends and competitor pricing to recommend competitive rental rates that maximize occupancy and revenue. Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance with all fair housing laws and company policies during all tenant interactions.

Requirements Requirements:

Native or near-native fluency in both Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate complex leasing concepts clearly in both languages. Proven experience in property management, leasing, or customer service, preferably within the residential real estate sector. Proficiency with Yardi Voyager or similar property management software platforms for data entry, reporting, and lease administration. Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to build rapport with individuals from various cultural backgrounds. Excellent organizational and time-management skills, capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment. High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is a plus.
