About the Role Are you a highly intelligent, systems-loving professional who thrives when orchestrating moving parts across multiple businesses? A high-earning real estate team with Charis Realty Group is seeking an exceptional Operations & Administrative Assistant to serve as the backbone of our daily operations across 3 interconnected entities (including real estate and marketing management). This position is ideal for a fast-learning, computer-literate self-starter who takes immense pride in precision, loves organizing back-office workflows, and excels at keeping operations running like clockwork. What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)
Real Estate & Transaction Operations Listing & File Management:
Create listing/buyer folders, order signs, schedule professional photos, and build out complete MLS listings.
Public & County Records:
Order county records for well/septic, pull county tax bills, pull deeds (verifying ownership details), obtain plats, and compile subdivision lists.
Document Handling & Compliance:
Upload transaction documents, order HOA documents, and audit files for completeness.
Marketing & Showings:
Design property flyers, deliver them to properties, schedule/market open houses, and gather/send showing feedback directly to sellers.
Social Media & Brand Management Content Creation & Posting:
Manage and execute social media content (specifically Facebook posts) for marketing and client engagement.
Graphic Design:
Design professional graphics using Canva (or rapidly learn to master the platform).
Cross-Business Marketing:
Assist with marketing management tasks for secondary entities (such as Lolo marketing and core team management).
Systems, Schedule & Administrative Support Systems Ownership:
Build, implement, and maintain seamless systems to organize tasks across 3 overlapping businesses.
Team Coordination:
Manage team calendars, schedule team events, and coordinate internal operations.
General Operations:
Handle email correspondence, digital file management, and perform other duties as assigned to support executive leadership. Financial Tracking (Plus): Assist with light bookkeeping tasks, receipt tracking, and basic financial organization. What You Bring (Qualifications)
High Cognitive Ability:
Sharp critical-thinking skills, quick problem-solving abilities, and a natural capacity to absorb new information and tools rapidly.
Tech-Savvy & Computer Literate:
Highly proficient with computers, Google Workspace, cloud file systems, and social media platforms (Facebook focus).
Canva Proficiency:
Strong experience in Canva (or a high aptitude and desire to master graphic design tools quickly). Obsession with
Detail:
An uncompromising eye for accuracy—whether verifying deed names, compiling county tax data, or preparing legal listing forms.
Systems-Oriented Mindset:
You naturally look for ways to streamline processes, create checklists, and eliminate inefficiencies.
Reliable Transportation & Driver's License:

Qualifications:
Prior administrative experience supporting real estate transactions, title, or property management. Experience with basic bookkeeping or financial spreadsheet management.
Work Schedule & Perks Guaranteed Hours:
20 hours per week (5 hours per day across 4 days).
Schedule Flexibility:
Choose whether you take Wednesdays OR Thursdays off every week.
Competitive Pay:
$20.00 / hour.
Dynamic Work Environment:
