• Conduct apartment tours and convert prospects into signed leases
• Achieve occupancy and leasing goals while maximizing property revenue
• Maintain strong customer service throughout the resident lifecycle
• Process rental applications and lease documentation
• Coordinate move-ins and resident communications
• Maintain prospect traffic reports and leasing activity
