Come grow with us! As a Leasing Professional- Multifamily with Hines, you will be responsible for partnering with the team pertaining to the property's marketing, advertising, and sales activities.
Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements include: High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution Prior experience in customer service or sales experience preferred Basic to Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Experience with property management software preferred; Entrada experience a plus Excellent verbal and written communication skills Work indoors approximately 95% of the time and outdoors approximately 5% of the time Use olfactory, auditory, and visual senses to inspect building and detect emergency alarms On occasion, perform physical inspections of the property which may include climbing up and down stairs or accessing restrictive openings Ability to lift up to 25lbs Though occurrences are rare, be accessible 24 hours a day in case of an emergency and perform on-site operations management during natural disasters Transfer properties and work overtime as business needs deem appropriate Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidaysPay Range:
$20- $25.
