Role:

Sole Suppliers is a fast-paced, multi-channel e-commerce fulfillment operation selling across Amazon, eBay, TikTok Shop, and Whatnot. We're hiring a Listing Specialist to build and maintain accurate, high-quality product listings across all of our sales channels. This is a repetitive, detail-driven role — you'll be photographing product, entering data, and formatting listings all day, every day. We need someone who can stay accurate and consistent through high volume, not someone looking for constant variety.

What You'll Do:

Photograph products according to our standard photography setup and specs (lighting, angles, background, file naming). Create and edit product listings across Amazon, eBay, TikTok Shop, and Whatnot — titles, descriptions, item specifics, pricing, and categorization. Enter and maintain accurate product data (SKUs, condition notes, quantities, variations) in our inventory and listing systems. Edit and crop product photos to meet each platform's image requirements. Follow established templates and production standards to keep listings consistent across all channels. Flag data or inventory discrepancies to the warehouse and inventory teams. Meet daily/weekly listing volume targets without sacrificing accuracy.

What We're Looking For:

Comfortable with repetitive, high-volume computer work for a full shift. Basic photography skills — able to follow a lighting/angle setup consistently (prior product photography a plus, not required). Strong attention to detail — typos and mis-categorized listings cost us money and reviews.

Solid computer skills:

comfortable with spreadsheets, web-based tools, and learning new platforms/software quickly. Ability to sit/stand at a workstation and handle product for photography and data entry. Prior experience with Amazon Seller Central, eBay, TikTok Shop, or similar listing tools is a plus, not required. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently once trained.
