Real Estate & Business Associate Attorney I am seeking an Associate Attorney to join a firm in their real estate and business transactions practice. Incredible firm is looking to add talent to their growing practice. This is a great opportunity for growth for Associates that are looking to build their practice.
Desired Background:
  • 3-5 years of transactional real estate and finance experience
  • Purchase and sale agreements, leasing, loan documents
  • Drafting and negotiating land acquisition
  • Represent institutional lenders, investors, developers, and owners
  • Admitted to Maryland bar
