Real Estate & Business Associate Attorney I am seeking an Associate Attorney to join a firm in their real estate and business transactions practice. Incredible firm is looking to add talent to their growing practice. This is a great opportunity for growth for Associates that are looking to build their practice.

Desired Background:

3-5 years of transactional real estate and finance experience
Purchase and sale agreements, leasing, loan documents
Drafting and negotiating land acquisition
Represent institutional lenders, investors, developers, and owners
Admitted to Maryland bar
