Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Leasing Agent to join our incredible team. The ideal candidate should possess at least 2 years of leasing experience. We are seeking a professional, ambitious, and growth-oriented employee to fill this position. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and possesses strong communication skills. The goal is to maximize customer satisfaction, property efficiency, tenant quality of life, and teamwork.
Salary:
$20.00-24.00 per hour Leasing Agent responsibilities: The Leasing Agent will manage all aspects of the leasing process, including managing the leasing office, tours, leasing apartments, preparing lease paperwork, and assisting to ensure a smooth move-in. Greet clients, assess needs, answer questions, and provide tours of the apartments and community. Process applications, and prepare and review lease agreements and renewals. Respond to in-person, phone, and email inquiries, which include providing leasing information, making appointments, and creating and following up with maintenance requests. Receive deposits and rent money, and record appropriately. Provide excellent customer service and assist all clients with a positive and friendly tone. Assist the property manager in all aspects of property operations, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations Leasing Agent requirements: Working experience in property management/ real estate Proven track record of successful leasing/management Excellent communication and negotiation skills Persuasive with marketing and sales skills Customer service orientation, Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely and organized manner. Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
