Marketing & Leasing Agent - Apartments (Full-Time)
Location:
Salisbury, MD Schedule:
9am- 6pm, Monday through Saturday ( Thursday's AND Sunday's off) Are you a sales-driven professional who thrives on connecting with people and closing deals? Do you enjoy a fast-paced environment where your performance directly impacts your earnings? If so, we want to meet you. We are currently seeking a Marketing & Leasing Agent who is energetic, customer-focused, and motivated to exceed leasing goals while delivering an exceptional resident experience.
What You'll Do:
Serve as the first point of contact for prospective residents (in person, phone, and online) Conduct engaging community tours and showcase apartment homes and amenities Respond quickly and professionally to all inquiries Qualify prospects, assist with lease negotiations, and close leases Process applications accurately and communicate results promptly Maintain a clean, organized, and tour-ready office, models, and vacant units Follow up consistently on leads and perform proactive outreach, including cold calling Execute outreach marketing efforts with local businesses and community partners Monitor market trends and complete monthly competitive surveys
