We're looking for a dynamic, bilingual Leasing Consultant for a community near the Silver Spring, MD area. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy building relationships, and take pride in delivering outstanding customer experiences, this could be a great fit for you. Our clients are looking for employees who have a great personality to make follow-up calls to schedule tours, provide excellent customer service, and help prospects find an amazing apartment they are excited to call home. The schedule is 8:30am - 5:30pm Monday - Friday Weekly!
What You'll Do:
Engage with prospective residents through follow-up calls and personalized outreach Schedule and conduct community tours that showcase our apartments and amenities Guide prospects through the leasing process—from first contact to signed lease Maintain accurate guest records and manage leasing activity efficiently Deliver exceptional customer service that creates a welcoming and positive experience Collaborate with the Property Manager and team to meet leasing goals
What We're Looking For:
Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish Availability to work Saturdays is a plus! Previous multi-family leasing experience, including lead management, tour scheduling, and apartment showings Strong understanding of Fair Housing practices and commitment to compliance Friendly, outgoing personality with a genuine passion for helping people Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to follow direction and work both independently and as part of a team All candidates will be background screened and must be eligible to work in the United States. ALX Pay:
$21.00 - $22.00 per hour
