What You'll Do:

Conduct professional real estate closings and ensure compliance with industry regulations. Collaborate with loan processors, lenders, realtors, attorneys, and internal teams to keep everything on track. Perform quality assurance reviews on files for accuracy and compliance. Coordinate loan processing and closing functions, attending closings as needed. Handle document recording, check processing, and post-closing functions. Stay updated on industry tech and recommend improvements.

What We're Looking For:

Experience:

 2+ years in administrative, banking, or customer service roles; real estate loan closings and settlement operations area plus!

Skills:

 Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines.

Communication:

 Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Independence:

 Ability to work autonomously while staying collaborative.

Tech-Savvy:
