The successful candidate will be highly motivated, organized and have great attention to detail. Tasks include, but are not limited to: Greeting and handling 'Walk In' traffic Showing Apartments Leasing, marketing and public relations of the community Guest Card Completion Application processing Completion of required reporting to MSHDA, HUD and other government oversight departments Resident Retention Scheduling of contractors and maintenance to ensure proper apartment turns Walking vacant units to ensure that they are market ready Lease signings

Qualifications:
