These are traditionally student housing properties so experience in student housing is preferred! As a community leasing specialist you will assist in interacting with residents and prospects and offering the highest degree of customer service.

The ideal candidate will:

• have previous leasing experience in student housing
• have prior experience in customer service
• have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• enthusiasm for leasing apartments!

This is a full time position, reporting directly to the Leasing Manager Candidate must be able to pass a drug test and good driving record. 20% housing discount at any of our 4 East Lansing Properties Leasing Commissions on top of your hourly wage. Look forward to hearing from you!
