Keller Williams Home is looking for motivated, business-minded professionals who are interested in building a career in real estate.
Compensation:
Commission-based independent contractor opportunity. Income varies based on individual production, activity, transactions closed, commission splits, and applicable brokerage fees. The compensation range shown is not a guaranteed salary. You do not need to have a real estate license to apply. We are especially interested in people with backgrounds in sales, business development, hospitality, recruiting, automotive sales, insurance, retail management, customer service, or other performance-driven environments. Real estate can be a great next career for someone who knows how to build relationships, follow up consistently, communicate confidently, and work toward measurable goals.
