Life:

The Leasing Specialist is responsible for being a primary contact for residents and prospective residents by leasing apartments, facilitating renewals, coordinating resident activities, and maintaining resident relations. This includes generating and handling traffic, leasing apartments, qualifying prospects, preparing lease documentation, and completing move-in procedures. Are you a sales Rock Star? Then this is the career for you! While touring with future residents, you will be expected to close the deal by helping them find their perfect new home. Leasing Specialist must haves:

Computer literacy in MS Word, Excel, e-mail and a familiarity with the internet required. (We use Yardi CRM Software) Positive 'can do' attitude, professionalism and a high level of enthusiasm. Able to work in a fast-paced environment with a large team Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines. Exhibit strong demonstration and closing skills. Saturday hours required (10am-4pm) but get paid 8-hours! Prefer 1-year or more of leasing experience Prior Customer Service & Sales Experience Valid Drivers License & Proof of Insurance Bilingual (Spanish speaking and writing) Preferred Hours Monday thru Friday 9am-6pm; Saturdays 10am-4pm on rotation Full Suite of Benefits including: Generous Monthly commissions on new leases and renewals Anniversary day off and Anniversary Bonus!
