$800.00 - $1,200.00 weekly
About Us:
LAG Development is a well established construction firm specializing in Automotive Dealership design/build. We are seeking an individual to work in our real estate, property acquisition and property management team.
What You Will Do Manage Paperwork:
Organize real estate purchase docs along with Due diligence
Update Records:
Keep track of all acquisitions and sales
Coordinate Schedules:
Set up property walk-throughs, phone calls, and meetings.
What We Are Looking For Experience:
At least 1 year of office, administrative, or real estate experience.
Tech Skills:
Comfortable using computers, spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets), and email.
Organization:
Strong ability to multi-task and track many details at once.
Communication:
Clear and friendly speaking and writing skills.
Education:
