Job Description Auto-Owners Insurance, a top-rated insurance carrier, is seeking a motivated Corporate Real Estate Intern - Summer 2027 to join our team. The position requires the following, but is not limited to: Work with commercial leases, operating costs and related correspondence. Analyze property management issues, review proposals, coordinate service/maintenance work and process invoices. Communicate with branch associates, contractors and management to carry out repairs and routine maintenance. Work with other departments in Auto-Owners real estate division, including facilities, security, and contract management. Assist in non-construction projects within the real estate division as needed. Qualifications Students should be enrolled and entering their junior or senior year in college. A major in facilities management, finance or real estate is preferred. Above-average communication skills (written and verbal) General understanding building management Ability to read and interpret floor plans Familiar with computer software such as Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel Competency to learn new software tools Ability to handle multiple assignments Rate of Pay Rate of pay starts at $18.00 per hour.
