Origin Real Estate Group is looking for a licensed real estate agent who is motivated, coachable, relationship focused, and ready to grow their business as part of a collaborative team. We're not looking for someone who needs to be managed every step of the way. We're looking for someone who takes initiative, follows through, asks questions, enjoys learning, and knows how to work independently while still being a great teammate. You might be a great fit if you: Have an active Michigan real estate license Have completed at least 3 transactions Understand the fundamentals of the real estate business Put relationships before transactions Are self motivated and comfortable taking initiative Want coaching and are open to learning new ways to grow Are comfortable with technology and willing to learn new systems Are friendly, confident, responsive, and dependable Can problem solve and make decisions independently Want to build and maintain your own database Enjoy connecting with people both in person and virtually Lead with integrity and care about the reputation you build with clients and other agents This is a flexible opportunity, but real estate doesn't always happen between 9 and 5. Availability and responsiveness during some evenings and weekends are important. We want someone who sees a team as a partnership.
