Qualified candidates will possess excellent communication, organization and customer service skills. Applicants must be able to learn and successfully perform estimator duties in a professional and engaging manner.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Be punctual to each and every in-home appointment. Engage customers in a friendly and informative manner. Accurately document work to be completed; including measurements, special instructions and identify timeline for completion. Send estimates to home office for quote write up. Follow up and close on estimates sent out. Communicate expectations between the customer and the painters. Follow up after project completion to ensure the customer is completely satisfied.

REQUIREMENTS

Sales and a customer service background a must. General trades or painting background a plus. Must have smart phone to access our scheduling calendar. A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are required

JOB SALARY

$30 per estimate, plus generous commission bonus
